At Broke & Dreamin', we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Include original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds if:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered
- The item is damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or handling
- The product shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or physical damage caused after delivery
- The item was purchased on final sale or clearance
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will review the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order.
