All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Please note: During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Broke & Dreamin' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
